Data, purposes and legal bases
We process name, phone, e-mail, company and message to answer enquiries, provide consultations and prepare proposals. Bases: pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in answering and website security. Marketing requires separate consent.
Recipients and retention
Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary hosting, e-mail and support providers. Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication unless law or contract requires longer.
